Invierteec S.A. (hereinafter "Invierteec", "we" or "our company"), with registered office at Av. República del Salvador N34-127 & Suiza, Quito, Ecuador, and Tax ID (RUC) 1792456781001, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users' personal data in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP), in effect since May 2023.
1. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: full name, email address, and message content. We do not collect sensitive, financial, or biometric data through this website. Additionally, our server may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, solely to ensure the security and operation of the site.
2. Purpose of data processing
The data provided is used exclusively to: (a) respond to your inquiries and information requests; (b) improve the quality of our financial consulting services; (c) comply with legal obligations applicable under Ecuadorian jurisdiction. We do not perform automated profiling or make automated decisions based on your data.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent when completing and submitting the contact form, in accordance with Article 7 of the LOPDP. You may revoke this consent at any time by writing to info@invierteec.com.
4. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the date of collection, unless a legal obligation requires retention for a longer period. After this period, data will be securely deleted.
5. Data subject rights
Under the LOPDP, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data; object to data processing; request data portability; and file a complaint with Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Authority. 6. International data transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside of Ecuador. Our servers are located in data centers that comply with international security standards. Should any international transfer become necessary, it will be carried out in accordance with the guarantees established in Chapter VI of the LOPDP.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction, including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and periodic security audits.
